About the Role
We are looking for someone who has real hands-on marketing experience and understands digital marketing, Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, social media, advertising, and online growth.
At the same time, we want someone who is very interested in new technology and constantly learning. AI is becoming an important part of modern marketing, and we want someone who understands how to use AI tools effectively and is willing to explore new tools as they become available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and other Google marketing tools
- Manage Facebook/Meta and Instagram advertising
- Develop and manage social media content and campaigns
- Manage and improve Google Business profiles and online listings
- Help improve SEO, website traffic, online visibility, and lead generation
- Create marketing campaigns for products, promotions, services, and new locations
- Create and edit photos, videos, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Monitor advertising performance, leads, conversions, and ROI
- Analyze marketing data and recommend improvements
- Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities
- Stay up to date with new marketing platforms, tools, trends, and technologies
AI, Automation & New Technology
This is an important part of the position.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with AI and modern technology and is interested in finding new ways to use technology to improve our marketing.
You should be interested in:
- Using AI tools to create and improve marketing content
- Using AI for research, ideas, advertising, SEO, social media, and customer engagement
- Understanding and using AI agents and AI-powered automation
- Learning new AI marketing platforms and tools as they become available
- Finding ways to automate repetitive marketing tasks
- Using AI to analyze marketing data and improve campaigns
- Exploring new programs, software, platforms, and digital marketing technologies
- Staying aware of new AI developments and marketing trends
- Testing new tools and determining whether they can provide value to the company
- Using AI as a productivity tool while maintaining quality and accuracy
We are looking for someone who doesn't just use the same programs every day, but actively looks for better and smarter ways to do things.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience prefered
- Proven experience with Google Ads
- Proven experience with Meta/Facebook and Instagram Ads
- Experience managing social media business accounts
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising
- Experience creating marketing campaigns and content
- Understanding of SEO and online marketing
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Experience using AI tools for marketing is strongly preferred
- Willingness and ability to learn new AI tools, programs, and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to test new ideas and measure results
Experience with retail, e-commerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, appliance sales, or home services is an asset.
