Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Overnight Cleaner in South Calgary, where your attention to detail and dedication will keep our facilities spotless and safe during the quiet hours of the night. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who own reliable transportation and are eager to contribute to a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining the hygiene and functionality of commercial spaces, ensuring they are ready for the busy days ahead. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of facilities during overnight shifts, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, glass cleaning and sanitizing all areas
Maintain cleanliness according to established standards
Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing supplies, reporting damages, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Use proper cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines
Assist with reporting minor maintenance tasks as needed to support overall facility upkeep
Complete detailed cleaning logs on digital software provided by company and shift reports to document completed tasks and any issues observed
Ensure all cleaning procedures meet health and safety regulations, fostering a hygienic environment for staff and visitors

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment usage
Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices
Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail to ensure every corner is spotless and standards are met consistently
Reliable transportation is required to travel to company location. Company vehicle will be provided to access various client sites across South Calgary reliably
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during each shift
Good communication skills for reporting issues or completing documentation accurately
