Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher cum Kitchen Helper to join our dynamic culinary team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are spotless and ready for use. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our food service establishment, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting while playing a crucial role behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following proper food handling procedures.
Keep the kitchen area clean and organized by disposing of waste properly and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the shift.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff to support smooth service flow.
Ensure all food service items are stored correctly to prevent contamination or spoilage.
Support the cleaning of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to uphold hygiene standards.
Help with setting up dining areas, serving stations, or assisting with basic hospitality tasks when needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain personal hygiene to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
Experience in food service or hotel settings can be beneficial for understanding customer service standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, cooking support, and hospitality services.
