Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a full-time entry-level office position.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and start a career in an office environment. No previous experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate.

Main Duties

Data entry
Basic accounting and invoicing
Scanning documents
Email and general office communications
Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is an asset)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience with website development or coding is considered an asset. If you have coding experience, there may be opportunities to assist with our existing website as well as future web development projects.
