As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement operations, supplier coordination, logistics execution, and customer support across the organization.
Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Coordinator will play a central role in supporting procurement, logistics coordination, supplier management, and operational execution across the business.
This role combines procurement coordination, logistics management, customer support, inventory tracking, reporting, and operational organization. The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, customers, transportation partners, and internal teams to help ensure smooth day-to-day execution across multiple business channels.
The role will support a wide variety of operational and supply chain activities while also contributing to the continued growth and development of the business.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience or strong interest in procurement, logistics, operations, distribution, international sourcing, or supply chain management who enjoys working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate purchase orders, order tracking, shipment scheduling, and procurement-related documentation
- Manage procurement workflows, reporting, and operational tracking
- Coordinate invoicing and vendor payment support with the Accounting team
- Maintain accurate procurement records, shipment documentation, and internal reporting
- Assist with inventory management, inventory tracking, and inventory reconciliation activities
- Support product research, data analysis, and operational reporting initiatives
Logistics & Operations Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for final-mile transportation coordination across North America
- Coordinate freight bookings, shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities with suppliers, warehouses, carriers, and customers
- Support commercial paperwork preparation and shipment coordination
- Help identify and improve operational efficiencies and internal processes
Supplier & Customer Coordination
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers
- Support supplier sourcing initiatives and assist with expanding SingleTrack’s supplier network
- Liaise with customers regarding order requirements, delivery coordination, quoting, and follow-up
- Support internal sales teams with costing, product specifications, and customer-facing documentation
- Assist with customer inquiries, reporting requests, and proposal support where required
Business Support & Growth Initiatives
- Support new projects, operational initiatives, and cross-functional business activities
- Assist leadership team members with research, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain processes
- Support the ongoing growth and development of SingleTrack’s operations and supplier relationships
Qualifications
- Background in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, operations, business, or related industries
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working directly with suppliers, customers, transportation providers, and internal teams
- Experience with inventory management, freight coordination, or international sourcing is considered an asset
- Experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial or distribution environment is considered an asset
