About the Role:

Are you a safety-conscious, highly skilled, and experienced driver looking for an exciting and challenging job opportunity? As a Front-End Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods to various locations. You will be responsible for operating our front-end load trucks, delivering to commercial and residential properties, and providing exceptional customer service at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate front-end load trucks safely and responsibly.
Ensure timely pick-up of all customers and the route is completed safely without carry-overs every day.
Perform daily pre-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized truck, ensuring all equipment is maintained as per SSG procedures.
Excellent customer service skills are required as you will be customers' first point of contact.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. You will communicate with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers daily.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overtime if required.
Observant with a commitment to following all Super Save Group's established safety policies and procedures.
Ability to manage time effectively and safely to meet tight deadlines.
May be required to assist with collections on other routes due to operational issues.
Knowledge of the waste management industry and regulations is considered an asset.
Seeking dedicated, punctual, and eager employees to join a dynamic team.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Minimum 5 years of commercial driving experience
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug & Alcohol).
Front-end loader operator experience is preferred for the front end.
Physically fit and able to safely lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) when necessary.
Must be a team player and have safe working habits.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
May be required to assist with collections on other routes due to operational issues.
Geographical knowledge of the Calgary and surrounding Area!
