Position Overview:

This program provides Tsuut’ina High School students with structured summer employment and learning opportunities at Grey Eagle Resort. The program is designed to create a culturally respectful and supportive environment where students can gain experience to a variety of careers within the hospitality industry, including culinary services, front desk operations, guest services, housekeeping, administration, and event coordination.
The goal is to open pathways to further education, training, and long-term employment.

Career exploration in the hospitality industry at Grey Eagle Resort
Job readiness training
Hands-on work experience in different resort departments
Mentorship and workplace support
Opportunities to earn high school credits
Support for personal development, confidence building, and cultural safety
Guidance toward future education, training, and employment pathways

Education and Experience:

Grade 12 Student
Going into Grade 12

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

None Required
All students will be trained during the duration of program
