Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Helper and be a vital part of delivering top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. In this energetic role, you will assist skilled technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal comfort and safety for our clients. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the mechanical and construction fields while developing your skills in plumbing, welding, boiler systems, and appliance repair. Duties

Support HVAC technicians in installing new systems according to schematics and technical specifications
Assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC units, boilers, and appliances
Handle basic mechanical tasks such as pipe fitting, welding, and plumbing connections
Help with the assembly and disassembly of HVAC components on job sites
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to aid in system setup and repairs
Participate in construction projects related to HVAC system upgrades or installations

Requirements

Prior experience or familiarity with plumbing, welding, boiler systems, or mechanical work is preferred but not mandatory
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and appliance repair techniques
Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn construction practices and maintenance procedures
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment safely
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus
Construction experience or mechanic background will be advantageous
