To engage children and youth in creative iSTEAM learning experiences that ignite curiosity, foster relationships and competencies with Human/Technology interactions, while building a diverse community of capable learners through empowered play.

Coded Minds Canada is growing and seeking playful and dedicated Early Childhood Educator Substitutes to join our dynamic team! We value a team oriented mindset and want our employees to look forward to coming to work every day, ready to engage and have fun exploring the world of iSTEAM learning.

Qualifications

**Must be a resident of Calgary or surrounding areas**
Must have reliable transportation
Level 1, 2, or 3 Early Childhood Educator Certificate
Minimum of Standard First Aid CPR-C (or willing to obtain)
Clear Police Check with Vulnerable Sector (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

Be an on call educator for 5 locations around Calgary, Alberta
Provide a safe environment for children.
Supervise children to ensure their health and safety.
Ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained in a sanitary and orderly manner.
Attend workshops and professional development seminars to maintain professional competence in the industry.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour

Secondary School (preferred)
