Full job description

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Injector to join our aesthetic and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide safe, effective, and personalized injection treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic procedures. This role requires a professional with excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping clients enhance their natural beauty. The Nurse Injector will work closely with clients to understand their goals, deliver treatments with precision, and ensure a positive experience from consultation to post-treatment care.

Hourly or 50/50 Split commission can be also offered!

Responsibilities

Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments in accordance with medical standards and client expectations
Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment during procedures
Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare instructions, and potential results
Build rapport with clients through exceptional guest services and professional communication skills
Assist in product demonstrations and upselling skincare products or additional services to enhance client satisfaction and clinic revenue
Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products and beauty treatments aligned with client needs

Skills

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
RN / LPN/ NP diploma OR Degree Required
Minimum one year of industry Experience Required
Professionalism and a strong work ethic.
In-depth knowledge of esthetics and skincare. Excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in skincare.
Effective interpersonal skills for building trust and rapport with diverse clientele
Attention to detail in administering injections accurately and safely
Ability to educate clients on treatment options confidently while managing expectations
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards for cosmetic procedures
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to maximize client engagement
Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest services in a hospitality or medical spa setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity for licensed nurses passionate about aesthetic medicine to grow their career in a dynamic environment dedicated to client satisfaction and beauty enhancement.

Pay: $50.00-$200.00 per hour
