Position Overview:
Crystal Creek Homes is a premier home builder dedicated to creating exceptional living environments. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Home Sales Specialist (Area Sales Manager) to join our team and play a critical role in driving new home sales, generating leads, and building lasting relationships with homeowners. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the new home construction process, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a personable, professional approach. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company’s success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent Crystal Creek Homes professionally to ensure a positive experience for homeowners.
Generate and build relationships to identify lead opportunities.
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain working relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the construction of their new home.
Possess in-depth product knowledge of our model offerings and value proposition.
Develop and maintain an understanding of mortgage products and financing options.
Prepare concise and accurate documentation for homeowners, construction, and office personnel.
Participate in bi-weekly sales meetings and training opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales Associates and/or host partners to maintain an efficient and productive sales center.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in new home sales or a related field (required).
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Management Software.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
High level of accountability and integrity.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Sharp negotiation and time-management skills.
