This opportunity is ideal for individuals with prior education or relevant experience who want to develop practical skills, strengthen their professional confidence, and pursue meaningful career pathways across financial services, business operations, and technical sales within the agri-business environment.

What You’ll Be Involved In

In this role, you will participate in a structured, guided onboarding period designed to help you build competence in key agri-business and office-support functions, including:

Financial analysis and agri-business budgeting
Business operations, administration, and record keeping
Customer service and client support for agri-business settings
Sales support, product knowledge, and solution-based communication
Working with digital tools and common business software
Exposure to risk management principles used in agriculture

Who We’re Looking For

This opportunity is well suited to individuals who are:

Skilled immigrants with legal entitlement to work in Canada
Holding a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred)
Demonstrating Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 6.5–7
Interested in agriculture, finance, business operations, or sales
Strong communicators with solid interpersonal and organizational skills
Motivated to establish a long-term career in a stable and expanding industry
