Full job description

Who This Role Is For:

This role is for a high-performing, experienced MOA who thrives in a fast-paced clinic, takes ownership of their work, and understands that patient care and clinic efficiency go hand-in-hand.

If you require constant direction or are still learning core MOA skills, this role will not be a fit.

You will be a key operational support in the clinic, responsible for:

Full-cycle patient coordination (scheduling, triage, follow-ups)
Accuro EMR management (accurate, efficient, and audit-ready)
Insurance billing & claims processing (minimal errors, timely submissions)
Patient intake & medical documentation (clear, complete, compliant)
Front desk leadership and patient experience
Clinic flow optimization—keeping the day running on time

Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

✔ MOA Diploma
✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on MOA experience in a clinic setting
✔ Proven experience with Accuro EMR (front + back end)
✔ Strong working knowledge of medical billing and terminology
✔ Ability to work independently without supervision
✔ Consistent track record of reliability and professionalism

Confidence handling high patient volume
Strong judgment in patient communication and triage
Familiarity with Ocean eForms or digital intake systems
Interest in leadership, operations, or HR growth

Patients feel heard, supported, and well-managed
The provider can focus on care because operations are handled
