Three Nails Construction Services is a small, growing residential construction company specializing in painting, drywall, and small renovations.
I'm looking for a reliable, hard-working person to work directly alongside me and become part of the company as we grow.
The Position
Our work is primarily painting and drywall, with an increasing amount of small renovation work. Depending on the project, you'll also have opportunities to work on:
- Drywall installation, finishing & repairs
- Interior/exterior painting & prep
- Demolition and cleanup
- Framing and insulation
- Minor carpentry
- General renovation and handyman work
Painting or drywall experience is preferred, and experience in both is a strong asset. I'm willing to train the right person who has some construction experience and a good attitude.

Requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Clean driver's abstract
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Basic hand tools
- Basic painting tools are an asset
- Able to travel between Calgary-area job sites
- Able to perform physical construction work
We may work at multiple job sites in a day, so reliable transportation is essential.
Compensation
Starting at $25/hour, depending on experience, skills, tools, and ability to work independently.
Approximately 35 hours/week on average, with hours varying according to workload. More hours may become available as the company continues to grow.
There will be an initial three-month probationary period, with the opportunity for long-term employment and increased responsibility for the right person.
