Outside Sales Representative – Surgical Supplies

Are you an experienced medical sales professional with strong relationships in the plastic surgery or surgical space?
We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and represent a portfolio of high-quality surgical products across Canada.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, building relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals, and having the freedom to manage their own territory and sales strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with plastic surgeons, general surgeons, hospitals, surgical centers, and private surgical facilities.
- Visit clients and healthcare professionals in person to understand their needs and introduce relevant surgical products.
- Present, promote, and sell a portfolio of surgical supplies, instruments, equipment, and related products.
- Develop new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Manage your own schedule, territory, customer relationships, and sales strategy.
- Work independently while staying connected with a supportive team.
- Grow your sales and earning potential through your own efforts and relationships.
What We’re Looking For
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience selling plastic surgery or general surgery supplies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in medical device, surgical supply, OR, or surgical equipment sales.
- Existing relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, hospitals, or private surgical facilities — a strong network is a major asset.
- Experience working directly with plastic surgery or general surgery practices.
- A strong understanding of the operating room environment and surgical products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- The ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Experience with capital equipment, sterile technique, wound closure, or related surgical products is an asset.
- Must be based in Canada.

Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
