Top2Bottom Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Cleaner / Post-Drywall Cleaner to join our growing team.

This position primarily involves post-drywall cleaning, but successful applicants must also be available to assist with a variety of other construction cleaning tasks throughout the home building process as needed. Every day is a little different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, physical work, and takes pride in leaving a space spotless.

No experience? No problem! We're happy to train someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be DoingPost-Drywall Cleaning

Cleaning newly constructed homes after drywall installation and sanding
Scraping excess drywall mud from subfloors and window sills using floor scrapers
Cleaning newly installed tubs and showers
Vacuuming floors, window sills, vents, outlets, and other surfaces using a shop vacuum

Other Construction Cleaning

Depending on project needs, you may also assist with:

Rough construction cleaning
Final home cleans before homeowner possession
Touch-up and detail cleaning
Other construction-related cleaning tasks as assigned

Position Details

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Primarily daytime hours
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Schedule varies based on construction timelines and workload
Some days may be full shifts, some half days, and occasional days off
Most projects are located in Calgary, with occasional work in Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, and surrounding areas

What We're Looking For

Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently and following instructions
Physically fit and able to bend, lift, scrape, vacuum, and remain on your feet throughout the day
Comfortable working in dusty construction environments
Strong common sense and problem-solving skills
Able to navigate new communities where GPS may not always be accurate

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Steel-toe boots required
Ability to travel to various job sites
Previous construction cleaning experience is an asset, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

$18.00–$20.00 per hour
Driving allowance paid in addition to cleaning time
Paid training
Health benefits available after six months of employment
