What You’ll Do

Tier 2+ support: desktops, servers, networks, cloud
Troubleshoot Windows and Mac PCs, Windows Server, printers, and network devices
Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Support backups, business continuity, and disaster recovery
Configure firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security tools
Provide primarily support from the office, with onsite client visits as needed
Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation
Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation for monitoring emergency client requests
Contribute to projects, process improvements, and team initiatives that help clients and Evolution IT succeed

What You Bring

5+ years IT support experience in an MSP environment managing multiple tenants and customers.
2+ years minimum in a Tier 2+ role.
Strong Microsoft stack (Windows Server, M365)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
Proven troubleshooting skills
Experience & a strong interest in cybersecurity
Exposure to AI-powered business tools is considered an asset
Mac/Linux experience is a bonus

Requirements

Valid Class 5 license + reliable vehicle
Ability to travel occasionally within Calgary and area
Flexibility for occasional after-hours or extended work to support client needs
