About Rebound Centre:

Rebound Centre is a retail and e-commerce business focused on giving items a second life.

We operate a unique model:

An established online resale operation (eBay & other platforms)

We have a strong foundation:

Consistent inventory supply
A functioning retail and e-commerce operation
A committed team in place

However, we have not yet unlocked the full potential of the business.

We are now looking for a leader who can bring structure, accountability, and execution to drive meaningful growth.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional retail management role.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business unit and significantly improve its performance.

You will:

Build systems where they are currently lacking
Improve execution across both retail and e-commerce
Turn operational complexity into a competitive advantage
Drive real, measurable growth

The Role

You will be responsible for the full operation, including:

E-commerce operations
Inventory flow from intake to sale

Your success will be measured by your ability to:
Turn incoming inventory into maximum revenue through strong execution, disciplined pricing, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Flow, Pricing & Operations (Core Priority)

Ensure smooth flow: intake → sorting → pricing → sale
Establish and enforce clear pricing standards across e-commerce
Make smart, consistent pricing decisions to balance sell-through speed and margin
Identify high-value items and ensure they are priced and channeled appropriately
Eliminate bottlenecks and backlog

2. Revenue & Performance

Own weekly sales targets
Track and improve key metrics:
Sales (weekly vs target)
Average order value
Units per transaction
Listings volume & value

3. Team Leadership

Lead both e-commerce teams
Manage staffing, scheduling, and productivity
Build a culture of accountability and performance

4. E-Commerce Execution & Growth

Improve listing quality and consistency
Ensure high-value items are prioritized
Increase sell-through rates and margins

5. Store Execution

Maintain a clean, organized, and sales-focused retail floor
Ensure merchandising supports revenue (not clutter)

6. Pricing Strategy & Execution (Critical to Success)

Develop and refine pricing approaches for used and unique items
Use judgment, market awareness, and data to price items effectively
Avoid underpricing high-value items and overpricing slow-moving inventory
Continuously improve pricing consistency across the team

Who You Are

You think like an owner, not just a manager.

You likely have experience in:

Operations management
Retail, warehouse, resale, or liquidation environments
E-commerce

You are:

Highly organized and process-driven
Comfortable using numbers to drive decisions
Decisive and action-oriented
Able to hold people accountable
Motivated by improving underperforming systems
Experienced in pricing used, unique, or second-hand items

You understand that pricing is one of the biggest drivers of profitability in a resale business.

Strong Bonus Experience

Experience improving or turning around an underperforming operation
Experience in resale, thrift, liquidation, auction, or high-SKU environments
Strong intuition and experience in pricing used or one-of-a-kind items
Experience managing both physical and online sales channels

What Success Looks Like

Inventory moves quickly and efficiently
Sales targets are consistently met or exceeded
Pricing is consistent, disciplined, and profit-focused
The team is productive and accountable
E-commerce becomes a meaningful growth driver
The operation runs smoothly—even when you’re not there

Compensation

Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
Performance bonus tied to business results ($10,000+)
Opportunity to grow with a scaling business

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
