Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to oversee and coordinate our established Roofing department. Projects include new construction single & multifamily, residential re-roofing and service repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of sloped asphalt shingle installation, and proficiency with estimating & customer service. This role involves managing sub-contracting crews as well as service techs, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines and budgets to deliver exceptional roofing solutions for our clients. The Roofing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality craftsmanship across all projects.

Duties

Lead and supervise roofing crews to ensure project deadlines are met on time and within scope
Visit jobsites around the greater Calgary area daily. Physically get on the roofs & be hands on with installers & products.
Develop detailed execution plans for installs
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide project execution
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and construction specifications
Manage project budgets, perform construction estimating, and monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment necessary for roofing projects
Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking using our inhouse digital tools
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project flow
Proven supervising experience in roofing or general construction management
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in planning and execution
Knowledge of safety protocols specific to roofing and construction sites
Construction industry certifications or relevant training preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead impactful roofing projects while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
