Full job description

We are currently hiring multiple Lumper / Warehouse Unloader team members to support our growing warehouse operations in Calgary. This is a physically active role ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Lumper / Warehouse Unloader, you will be responsible for unloading freight from trailers and containers, sorting products, and helping maintain efficient warehouse operations while following all workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently unload freight from trailers, containers, and trucks
Lift, carry, sort, and move products to designated warehouse areas
Organize products by SKU, shipment, or storage location
Inspect freight for visible damage and report discrepancies
Operate pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment safely
Assist with loading outbound shipments when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support inventory counts and other general warehouse duties
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, unloading, or general labour experience is an asset
Ability to lift and move products up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctual, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation is considered an asset

Work Locations & Travel

As a growing company, we operate at multiple job sites both locally and out of town. Candidates must be flexible and willing to travel occasionally based on operational needs. All approved travel-related expenses are paid by the company.
