Full job description

The Wood Automotive Group is thrilled to announce that we are looking for Appointment Coordinators to join our team at our Taza Park Volkswagen dealership.

This 45,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art dealership is situated on the Tsuut'ina Nation and comes packed with new cutting-edge equipment, 25 service bays and a stylish, 20-car showroom!

As a group with 9 dealerships, a collision repair centre, and an online pre-owned sales lot, we believe our success and growth is built on the drive and dedication of our people.

Schedule:

This will be a rotating shift between Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm/Saturday: 9:00am to 4:00pm and Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm.

About the role:

The Appointment Coordinator ensures all service customers receive a warm reception and responds to all service phone calls in a prompt, professional manner. Confidence in completing outgoing phone calls is necessary. Strong telephone etiquette, computer, and customer service skills are also required.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership.
Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette.
Knowledge of service processes, and follow-up.
Ability to active listening and deliver 110% customer experience.
Enjoy providing customer enthusiasm.
Strong customer service and phone skills.
Possess strong organizational, follow-up and paper-flow handling skills.

Qualifications:

Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of vehicles
Computer knowledge and usage
Technological understanding

Requirements:

Candidates must be reliable team players, who are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
