Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to guiding students through safe and effective yoga practices, fostering a welcoming environment that promotes physical and mental well-being. This role offers an opportunity to inspire others while sharing your expertise in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health.

Duties

Lead engaging and instructional yoga classes tailored to various skill levels and age groups
Demonstrate proper techniques and postures to ensure safety and effectiveness
Provide modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs and limitations
Foster a positive, inclusive, and calming atmosphere for all participants
Educate students on breathing techniques, mindfulness, and wellness principles
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes
Promote class schedules through social media or community outreach as needed
Stay current with the latest yoga trends, techniques, and certifications to enhance teaching quality

Qualifications

Proven experience teaching yoga classes with a strong understanding of different styles and methods
Certification from a recognized yoga training program (e.g., RYT 200 or higher) is preferred
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with students of diverse backgrounds
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
Ability to create a safe, supportive environment that encourages personal growth
Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate class times, including evenings or weekends if necessary
