Full job description

CNB is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

We are looking for an organized, energetic self-starter to join our administrative team in Campbell River. If you are a highly detailed individual who is great at multi-tasking and enjoys communicating with clients, this position is for you!

In this position you will work as a part of our admin team assisting with the following:

· Process client deliverables and coordinate for signatures

· Support our client service staff

· Assist with invoicing and client communications

· Front desk coverage for reception, when required by reception

· Assistance with bank runs, office deliveries

· Managing our general office space

· Assistance with supplies ordering and scheduling deliveries

· Manage our electronic filing systems

· Assistance with other office duties

· Scheduling and coordinating office events

Experience and Location Requirements:

Currently be residing within Canada and have met the necessary requirements to be able to work in Canada.
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience
