Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen Supervisor & Quality Control Lead to join our vibrant food service team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, safety, and quality are maintained across all kitchen operations. As a key leader, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, supervise staff, and uphold rigorous quality control measures to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.

Duties

Supervise and participate in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff, providing training on food handling, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Oversee food safety practices by monitoring cleanliness, proper storage, food holding and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
Conduct regular quality control checks on food items to ensure consistency, presentation, and adherence to company standards.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal stock for smooth operations
Fostering a positive team environment rooted in leadership and hospitality excellence.
Ensure all kitchen activities align with restaurant management policies while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience within food service or restaurant management environments.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards.
Bartending experience is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward shared goals.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
Experience in food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance.
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable; experience in the food industry is essential.
Demonstrated ability to train staff, and manage restaurant kitchen operations efficiently.
