Jobiste recherche un commis aux comptes payables pour rejoindre notre équipe située au cœur du secteur industriel et aérospatial de Montréal.

Responsabilités principales :

Recevoir, traiter, vérifier et rapprocher les factures des fournisseurs avec les bons de commande et les réceptions de marchandises, ainsi que valider le traitement comptable ;
Vérifier les comptes des fournisseurs en rapprochant les relevés mensuels et les transactions connexes ;
Maintenir un grand nombre de comptes fournisseurs tout en respectant les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise ;
Maintenir des archives historiques de toutes les factures et rapports en sauvegardant correctement les documents sur le réseau ;
Enquêter et résoudre les écarts liés au traitement des factures, paiements et bons de commande ;
Rechercher et résoudre les problèmes de comptes fournisseurs avec les fournisseurs ;
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des fournisseurs ;
Participer aux procédures de clôture de fin de période et soutenir les audits internes et externes ;
Effectuer toute autre tâche de conformité et analyse assignée par la direction.

Jobiste is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team located in the heart of the Industrial and Aerospace spector or Montreal.

Main Responsibilities:

Receive, process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices with purchase order and goods receipts as well as validate the accounting treatment;
Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions;
Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures;
Maintaining historical records of all invoices, reports, by saving documents properly on the network;
Investigate and resolve discrepancies associated with processing of invoices, payments and purchase orders;
Researching and resolving accounts payable issues with vendors;
Address and respond to vendor inquiries;
Participate in period-end closing procedures and support internal and external Audits;
Perform any other compliance tasks and analysis assigned by management.

Do you have the following qualifications:

- Account Payables
- English or French
