Full job description

Matonabee Petroleum Ltd is searching for 2 Bulk Petroleum Delivery Drivers to join the team. If you are an experienced Class 3Q driver and thrive in a busy environment, we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivering fuel and Propane products to our customers based in Yellowknife and the surrounding area
Safely handle and secure packaged oil products and totes as needed for pumping off oil
Loading at bulk plant; offload at client sites
Demonstrate safe and defensive driving practices
Execute minor mechanical/roadside repairs as required
Complete logbooks and related administrative paperwork
Maintain ongoing professional communication with dispatchers and admin staff
Build a rapport of excellence by delivering superior customer service.

Position Requirements:

Valid Class 3Q driver’s license minimum, with a clean driver’s abstract
Minimum 3 years driving experience (in Yellowknife and the surrounding area)
Minimum 1 year experience handling Fuel and/or Propane
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
Willing to switch between Fuel or Propane as needed for deliveries
Must pass a company-approved medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
1Q License holders are welcome to apply; however, the starting wage will align with 3Q rates, and no additional pay will be provided for the higher qualification.
