Comme chauffeur classe 1 chez Speedy, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans notre réseau de transport en assurant la cueillette et la livraison sécuritaire et ponctuelle des marchandises auprès de nos clients.

Vos principales responsabilités seront de :

Effectuer des cueillettes et livraisons LTL locales;
Assurer le transport sécuritaire et ponctuel des marchandises;
Respecter les itinéraires, procédures et échéanciers de livraison;
Respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité;
Maintenir votre véhicule et votre environnement de travail propres et sécuritaires;
Offrir un service professionnel lors de vos interactions avec les clients;
Effectuer les autres tâches connexes au poste.

Permis de conduire classe 1 valide
Expérience en conduite de camion classe 1, un atout
Bon dossier de conduite

What does your day look like?

As a Class 1 Driver with Speedy, you'll play an important role in our transportation network by safely and efficiently picking up and delivering freight to our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Completing local LTL pickups and deliveries
Ensuring freight is delivered safely and on time
Following assigned routes, procedures and delivery schedules
Following workplace health and safety standards
Keeping your vehicle and work environment clean and safe
Providing professional service when interacting with customers
Completing other related duties as required

What we're looking for

Valid Class 1 driver's licence
Class 1 driving experience is an asset
Good driving record
Ability to work independently
Reliable, punctual and professional
Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
