Full job description

En tant que représentant du service à la clientèle, vous répondrez aux demandes de renseignements des clients par téléphone, par courriel ou en personne afin de répondre à leurs questions ou de résoudre leurs problèmes. Vous résoudrez la plupart des problèmes de routine et certains problèmes plus complexes et non routiniers et communiquerez la solution ou les renseignements demandés au client. Vous analyserez les besoins des clients en matière de service et les renverrez à d'autres services ou départements techniques pour un suivi, le cas échéant.

Responsabilités

Soutenir la clientèle en répondant aux questions, aux préoccupations, aux demandes de renseignements sur les comptes et en traitant les plaintes des clients.

Traiter les paiements des clients ayant un compte en espèces.

Rechercher et résoudre les problèmes des clients, en assurant la liaison entre les autres services si nécessaire.

Apporter un soutien au comptoir de vente en répondant aux questions des clients qui se présentent sur place ou par téléphone.

Qualifications

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis

Diplôme d'études collégiales préféré

2 à 4 ans d'expérience pertinente

Solides compétences interpersonnelles permettant de travailler efficacement dans un environnement de travail diversifié.

Capacité à communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Capacité à travailler sous pression

Grand souci du détail

Capacité à traiter les gens avec sensibilité, tact, diplomatie et professionnalisme à tout moment.

Connaissance de l'informatique, notamment de MS Word, Excel et du courrier électronique.

As a Representative - Customer Service, you will respond to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail and/or walk-ins to provide inquiry or problem resolution. You will resolve mostly routine and some non-routine, more complex problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. You will analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.

Responsibilities

Support customer base by answering questions, concerns, account inquiries as well as handling customer complaints.

Process payments for cash account customers.

Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other departments when necessary.

Back-up support to sales counter with walk in and telephone inquiries.

Qualifications

High School Degree or Equivalent required

College Diploma preferred

2-4 years of relevant experience

Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Able to work well under pressure

Strong attention to detail

Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times

Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail

Compensation Details $21.63 - $27.04 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
