We are currently seeking skilled General Construction Labourers to join our dynamic and versatile team for year-round and seasonal work

Position Summary:
BECL is currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable General Construction Labourers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity offering competitive wages, a supportive team environment, and comprehensive benefits. Wages & Compensation:

$20.00 – $26.00/hour, based on experience
Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half for any hours worked over 8 hours per day and 44 hours per week
Travel allowance available for those commuting from outside the Bow Valley area
Benefits package available after 3-month probation, including:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with weekend work as needed
40–55+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas
Set up and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
Mix, pour, spread, and grade concrete and gravel
Assist equipment operators and signal movement of machinery
Operate small tools and equipment, such as compactors, compressors, and pumps
Operate a skid steer safely and efficiently
Work alongside heavy equipment and assist operators as needed
Demonstrate strong communication skills with crew members and supervisors
Use hand tools such as rakes and shovels to level materials
Maintain job site cleanliness and perform general housekeeping
Direct traffic on job sites to ensure safety

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
CSA-approved safety boots (required)
CSTS certification or equivalent (asset)
Previous construction experience (asset)
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prepared to work in varying weather conditions (rain, cold, heat)
