Our Guide Position Summary
Bring Banff National Park to life by sharing captivating stories about its history, wildlife, plants, and geology.
Lead your own immersive and engaging day tours with creativity and enthusiasm.
Ensure each guest feels safe, valued, and inspired throughout the experience.
Deliver outstanding guest service that leaves a lasting impression.
Thrive in a fun, team-oriented environment where your passion for the outdoors shines.
Drive a 14-passenger shuttle confidently and safely in a variety of road and weather conditions.

What You’ll Receive
· Starting wage of $30.00 per hour, plus bonuses and incentives

What You Bring to the Role
We’re looking for passionate, curious, and people-oriented individuals ready to join us for an unforgettable season. Ideal candidates will:
· Have a strong appreciation for mountain life and its natural and cultural richness
· Enjoy meeting new people and creating meaningful connections with guests
· Be comfortable speaking to groups with energy and confidence
· Be organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
· Maintain a positive, polished, and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements
· Fluent in English (spoken and written)
· Legally eligible to work in Canada
· Valid Class IV driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Able to complete an RCMP background check
· Familiarity with Banff National Park (training will be provided)
· Post-secondary education or at least two years of experience in tourism or hospitality
