Direct customer service experience is required.
If you enjoy helping people and delivering outstanding customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the automotive service industry. No previous automotive experience is required; we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Overview

The Junior Service Advisor is an entry-level position that supports the Service Department while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls.
Schedule service appointments.
Greet customers upon arrival and provide a welcoming experience.
Perform vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
Move customer vehicles safely around the dealership.
Assist Service Advisors with daily tasks.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service

Requirements

Direct customer service experience is required.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English/French) is preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership.

Growth Opportunity

This is an entry-level position designed to build experience in the Service Department. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship. As they develop their product knowledge, customer service skills, and service processes, they may have the opportunity to advance into a Service Advisor role.
