HauteDog is a fun, fast-paced snack shack located at Vodkow in Almonte, On serving up epic hot dogs with serious style. We take everyone's favourite comfort food and level it up with premium toppings, amazing presentation, and a super cool aesthetic. We believe that great food should be an experience, and honestly, we’re just here to show the world how a hot dog looks when it’s dressed to impress.

HauteDog is seeking a vibrant, efficient, and confident Kitchen Staff / Cashier to join our crew! This isn't just a food service job; it’s a role essential to delivering a high-energy, elevated experience. As the face and hands of HauteDog, you will be serving up gourmet creations while making sure every single customer leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Bubbly & Energetic Personality: You are naturally welcoming, possess a positive attitude that lights up the room, and thrive on creating a fun, upbeat atmosphere for our guests.
Food Handling Savvy: You have hands-on experience in a kitchen /food truck or restaurant setting. You know your way around food prep and pride yourself on speed, precision, and presentation.
Certified & Safe: A valid Food Handler Certificate is a must. You know the importance of kitchen safety, cleanliness, and strict hygiene standards.
Confidence & Customer Star Power: You are comfortable multitasking between taking orders at the till and assembling beautiful gourmet dogs. You handle rushes with total confidence and grace under pressure.
Detail-Oriented Eye: You understand that "Haute" means quality. You have an eye for detail, ensuring every topping is perfectly placed and every order is picture-ready.
Team Player Mentality: You are reliable, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed to keep the positive vibes and the kitchen rolling.

Core Skills:

The Independent Hustler: You are a self-starter who can work completely independently. You’re totally comfortable flying solo, running the floor, and keeping things immaculate without someone looking over your shoulder.
Food Prep Mastery: Knife skills, portion control, and a genuine knack for food styling. You care about how the food looks before it hits the customer's hands.
The Multi-Tasking Champ: Ability to seamlessly pivot from taking cash/card payments at the till to crushing a lunch rush on the line.
Safety & Sanitation First: Deep knowledge of food safety standards, temperature logs, and proper cleaning protocols to keep the workspace spotless.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable operating modern Square POS checkout systems and handling cash accurately under pressure.
