Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Barber/Stylist and unleash your passion for transforming clients’ looks while delivering exceptional customer service! In this energetic role, you’ll craft stylish haircuts, provide expert hair styling, and create a welcoming environment for every guest. Duties

Deliver professional haircuts, trims, and styling services tailored to each client’s preferences and face shape
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles or products
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during service delivery
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and follow-up care

Experience

Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling with a strong portfolio of diverse styles
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds
Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to beauty salons or barbershops
Strong communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations
Ability to perform retail sales effectively while maintaining a positive client experience
Prior experience managing front desk operations or appointment scheduling is a plus
A valid cosmetology or barber license as required by local regulations
