We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Job Duties:

Greeting customers promptly, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information

. Listening to requests of the service desired and clearly explaining information on the repair order

. Confirming and processing applicable vehicle warranty packages for repairs and maintenance.

Estimating the cost and time needed to do the repair accurately

. Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing, getting customer approval to do additional work, explaining the work performed and the charges being billed

. Arranging sublets (warranty and customer pay) as required

Perform walk arounds of vehicles (utilizing a tablet) upon check in
Properly document authorizations for all repairs

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years Service Advisor experience
Strong organizational skills
Be coachable and always open to applying new ways to improve
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multitask when dealing with more than one customer
Toyota Service Advisor experience is not a must but a definite plus
XTIME experience would be considered a definite plus
