Full job description

Suite 46 is looking for a skilled and passionate Line Cook + Line Cook Supervisor to join our culinary team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes with consistency, creativity, quality control, team coordination, and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items according to standardized recipes and quality expectations
Oversee line cooks and ensure food is prepared to standard and on time
Address and resolve any issues that arise during service
Perform line cook duties as required
Coordinate with Head Chef to manage daily prep and service flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station
Work cohesively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving deliveries
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal features
Adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen leading a team
Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of cooking techniques
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Punctual, reliable, and able to perform under pressure
Food Handler Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
