Locations: Mahone Bay · Lunenburg · Bridgewater · Tantallon

Pay: $16.75/hour + tip pool

Seasonal | In-person

Do you love great beer, good vibes, and chatting with interesting humans? Want a job where your enthusiasm is just as important as your ability to pour a perfect pint? Saltbox Brewery is on the hunt for outgoing, people-loving Brewery Ambassadors to join our team across Nova Scotia.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of Saltbox Brewery—welcoming guests, sharing our story, and helping people find their new favourite beer or cider. Your days might include:

Greeting guests like old friends (even when they’re new)
Pouring, filling, and packaging beer & cider
Educating customers on Saltbox beers, ciders, merch, and ethos
Making great recommendations and ringing in sales
Food service and wait staff required at Lightship Brewery
Handling cash and payments with confidence
Checking ID to ensure all guests are of legal drinking age (19+)
Keeping the taproom, retail space, and storage areas clean, safe, and organized
Helping organize, set up and execute fun events & concerts
Stocking shelves, assisting with inventory, and helping with product deliveries
Pitching in wherever needed—teamwork makes the dream work

You’ll work both onsite (Mahone Bay/Bridgewater/Lunenburg and/or Tantallon) and occasionally offsite, representing Saltbox at events and locations across the province.

Are organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking

Have an interest in craft beer (big bonus if you love talking about it!
Are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Are 19+ years old (required)
Have a clean driver’s abstract (nice to have, not required)

Physical Stuff (a.k.a. The Realities)

Comfortable standing for long periods
Able to lift and move kegs up to 50 lbs
Happy working in a variety of environments and settings
