ZoomBitesGo is a fast-growing local delivery and restaurant technology platform connecting food & beverage businesses across the Los Angeles Metro with their customers. We partner with restaurants to power on-demand delivery — and we're expanding our restaurant network fast.
We're looking for driven, high-energy sales professionals to join our Business Development team and help us onboard the next wave of local restaurant partners. If you're a self-starter who loves the freedom of setting your own pace — and you want your income to reflect your hustle — this is the role for you.
THE OPPORTUNITY

TWO ROLES — PICK YOUR PATH
Option A: Appointment Setter. Best for part-time or newer sales reps. You prospect restaurant owners, book qualified discovery calls, and hand off to the closing team.
- First 30 days: $20/hr guaranteed for 10 hrs/week (you receive whichever is higher — your guarantee or your commissions)
- After day 30: 100% commission
Option B: Closing Representative For experienced closers who want to go all-in. You run full sales presentations, handle objections, and sign new restaurant partners. You can also self-generate your own appointments and earn both commissions on the same account.

- Higher commission rewards and bonuses
All commissions are paid bi-weekly after the client account is funded.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have:
- Driven self-starter — you don't need someone managing your calendar
- Strong communicator — confident on the phone, in-person, and in writing
- Coachable mindset — open to feedback and committed to improvement
- Reliable follow-through — you do what you say, when you say it
- Basic smartphone/laptop proficiency (CRM tools, email, messaging)
Nice to Have (not required):
- Previous B2B or door-to-door sales experience
- Experience selling to restaurants, hospitality, or retail businesses
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or any CRM
- Existing local network in the Los Angeles Metro food service community
- Bilingual — Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is a strong asset in our market
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Prospect local restaurants through cold calls, walk-ins, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand each owner's needs
- Book qualified appointments (Setter) or present the platform directly (Closer)
- Manage your pipeline in our CRM
- Support smooth account activation during onboarding
- Meet weekly activity targets and report to your team lead
