The Job
As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Every day brings something new, and you’ll work closely with a team that supports each other and takes pride in what they do.
Role highlights include:

Greeting guests, taking orders, and processing payments quickly and accurately

Preparing food and beverages to McDonald’s quality standards

Communicating effectively with team members and Managers

Using smart retailing skills, such as upselling and suggesting add-ons, to enhance the guest experience

Assembling and managing dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders

Working flexible, rotating hours — days, nights, afternoons, and weekends
Whether you’re in the kitchen, at the Drive-Thru, or at the front counter, you’ll be part of a team that works together to make every guest’s visit a great one.
Your Vibe and Experience

Previous experience in food service or retail — as a barista, server, cashier, or sales associate — is helpful but not required. What matters most is who you are:
