Looking for experienced caregivers in the Harrison Hot Springs area for part time work. Hardworking caregivers get lots of hours! We work with caregivers' schedules. We are a busy company and need caregivers who can take on regular clients on a weekly basis. The more clients you take on, the busier you are. We are a close-knit team of Home Support workers, Caregivers, and nurses, who work together to ensure our clients have the highest quality of care from each and every team member.

Ability to speak and write well in English needed.

If you are detail-oriented, like working 1-1 with clients, dependable, honest, nurturing, and fun-loving you are just the right person. Job types available: part-time.

We have ongoing relevant educational training modules to help you grow in your knowledge while you work.

Requirements:

Smartphone savvy for use during shifts to clock in and out and do visit notes.
Complete a criminal record check.
Consistent job performance & attendance our clients can rely on.
Reliable transportation.
Professional demeanour and respectful attitude.
Ability to perform basic housekeeping + meal prep tasks.
Home support worker certification is preferred (but not necessary).
Flexible availability.
Previous caregiving and or elder care experience.
1+ professional references.
Applicant must reside in British Columbia.

Caregiver Tasks Include:

Meal prep + planning.
Dementia Care/Companionship.
Housekeeping (including laundry).
Personal care + hygiene.
Errands and grocery shopping.
Medication routines.
Quality time + companionship.
Helping with exercises.
Use a sit-to-stand machine. (Sara Stedy-must have experience).
Use a chair lift.

Job Types: Full-time.

Pay: $20.50-$23.50 per hour.

Expected hours: 2-8 per week.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Harrison Hot Springs, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred).

License/Certification:

Driving License (preferred).
