The Position

As a Project Manager with Peanut Butter Painting, you will be responsible for:

Project & Job Site Management:

- Oversee Job sites - Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and meeting high standards.

- Plan & Execute: Conduct walkthroughs, establish project plans, and communicate expectations with homeowners and crews.

- Daily Job Check-ins: Monitor progress, provide on-site support, and address challenges as they arise.

- Ensure Quality: Oversee work to ensure it meets company standards and exceeds client expectations.

- Maintain Clean Job Sites: Promote order and cleanliness across all projects.

Communication & Coordination:

- Answer questions, set expectations, and align schedules with homeowners and the admin team.

- Resolve on-site challenges quickly and professionally.

- Conduct and document change orders as needed to adjust project scopes.

- Build strong relationships with homeowners to upsell additional work and enhancements.

Financial Oversight:

- Track expenses to manage project profitability.

- Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

- Collect payments and request reviews to enhance the company’s reputation.

Marketing & Growth:

- receiving google review and asking for referrals after a project completion.

Team Support:

- Assist in onboarding new laborers or subcontractors.

- Deliver materials and provide logistical support as needed.
