Nail Technician Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nail care, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell services will contribute to an enjoyable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, while offering personalized recommendations.
Upsell services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their visit.

Requirements

Proven experience in nail care, and customer service in a salon or spa environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for the beauty industry are essential for success in this role.
