We're looking for a Front Office Manager who will provide leadership and direction for the Front Office team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will contribute to the overall success of the hotel by managing front office operations, developing team members, and driving guest satisfaction at Coast Chilliwack Hotel by APA.

What You'll Do

Manage all Front Office operations and team members.
Recruit, train, develop, and coach employees.
Ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained.
Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements.
Manage scheduling, labor costs, and departmental budgets.
Oversee reservations, cash handling, and daily reporting.
Resolve escalated guest concerns and service issues.
Collaborate with hotel departments to achieve operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Previous Front Office leadership experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.
Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
Strong business, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hotel systems and operational reporting.
Commitment to employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to support hotel operations as required.
