Bannister Hyundai Chilliwack is looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our team of technicians and support daily shop operations. Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, you will oversee workflow, assist technicians with diagnostics and repairs, maintain quality control, and help ensure a safe, efficient, customer-focused environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work as an active technician while supporting shop leadership duties.
- Lead and assist technicians and apprentices with diagnostics and repairs.
- Oversee workflow, productivity, and repair quality.
- Communicate repair delays and additional work with Service Advisors.
- Review comebacks and help reduce repeat repairs.
- Support training and ensure Hyundai standards are followed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, organized shop environment.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCESSFUL
- Licensed Automotive Technician.
- EV Certification required.
- Hyundai dealership experience required.
- 5+ years of automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dependable with strong time management skills.
- Ability to lift 20+ pounds.
