CONVEYANCER - FULLTIME

We are looking for energetic, tech savvy, highly motivated personnel to join our growing conveyancing team at Simpson Notaries. Must have a minimum 3-years conveyancing experience.
We want service-oriented people who can understand the diversity of real estate transactions, communicate effectively with clients, and work efficiently within tight timelines.

Education
Minimum high school diploma. Post secondary education in relevant fields considered an asset.
Experience
Experience required. The successful candidate will work and communicate directly with clients, legal and real estate professionals, mortgage brokers and other stakeholders to successfully complete all the legal documents required in the process of successfully transferring real estate. This includes purchases, sales, mortgages, family transfers, to name a few.
Experience in:
- Minimum 3-years conveyancing experience
- Real estate, insurance, legal, finance and trust accounting experience is considered an asset
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Handling a high-volume workload
- Working with tight timelines and deadlines
- Customer service
