Responsibilities:

Shutting down and securing the machine properly when it is unattended
Complete and maintain accurate hours of service records, safety reports, and other work done on the crane while in the field
Perform routine inspection and maintenance as required
Uphold HSE regulations and be aware of any site conditions that could affect the crane operation
Mob and Demob of crane
Rig up and down conventional and hydraulic cranes
Help Plan engineered Lift Plans
Understand Critical and non-critical lift plans
Instruct Riggers or apprentices when rigging lifts
Help crew with next steps
Qualifications:
Red Seal Certification is and asset
Trade Certificate in Welding, Millwrighting considered an asset
Class 5 Driver's License
Experience with crane and heavy machinery operation
Ability to travel
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Dedicated work ethic

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.97-$44.10 per hour
