Summary
We are seeking a School Bus Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of students to and from school while ensuring a positive and secure environment. Your contribution is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our community.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a school bus in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in proper working condition.
Maintain clear communication with parents, students, and school officials regarding schedules and any changes.
Manage student behavior on the bus to create a respectful environment.
Promptly report any incidents or issues to management.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver’s license (Class B or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents.
Ability to manage time efficiently and adhere to schedules.
Mechanical knowledge is an asset but not required.

Nous recherchons un(e) conducteur(trice) d'autobus scolaire pour joindre notre équipe. À ce titre, vous serez responsable du transport sécuritaire des élèves vers et depuis l'école, tout en assurant un environnement positif et sécuritaire. Votre contribution est essentielle à notre mission d'offrir un service exceptionnel à notre communauté.

Responsabilités

Conduire un autobus scolaire en toute sécurité, en respectant le code de la route.
Assurer la sécurité et le bien-être des élèves pendant le trajet.
Effectuer des inspections de l'autobus avant et après le trajet pour s'assurer de son bon état de marche.
Maintenir une communication claire avec les parents, les élèves et les responsables de l'école concernant les horaires et les modifications.
Gérer le comportement des élèves dans l'autobus pour créer un environnement respectueux.
Signaler rapidement tout incident ou problème à la direction.

Exigences

Permis de conduire commercial valide (classe B ou équivalent) et dossier de conduite impeccable.
Excellentes compétences en communication pour une interaction efficace avec les élèves et les parents.
Capacité à gérer son temps efficacement et à respecter les horaires.
Connaissances en mécanique, un atout, mais non obligatoire.
