Our custom designs prioritize comfort, safety, and style, making us a trusted brand among dog owners worldwide. Due to increasing demand, we’re looking for a skilled Muzzle Artisan to join our team and help craft our unique products.
Role Overview
As a Muzzle Artisan you’ll be responsible for the hands-on design and assembly of our custom and standard vinyl muzzles, ensuring precision and quality in every piece. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for working with your hands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble custom dog muzzles using vinyl and Biothane materials
- Cut, shape, and fit muzzle components with accuracy
- Install hardware (rivets, buckles, and straps) securely
- Ensure all muzzles meet our high-quality standards
- Assist with packing and shipping procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in refining production techniques to improve efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in crafting, assembling, or working with materials like vinyl, leather, or Biothane (preferred but not required)
- Excellent hand/eye co-ordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Comfortable using hand tools (e.g., rivet setters, hole punches, and craft knives)
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining product quality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
