We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and reliable Show Home Host to represent our show homes and be the first point of contact for prospective clients, in our Cochrane show home. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in presentation, and is interested in growing within the homebuilding industry.

About the Role

As a Hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors into our show homes, creating a positive first impression, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and comfortable engaging with a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all visitors to the show home in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting show home environment at all times
Provide general information about the homes and community (training provided)
Collect and record visitor information accurately
Support the Sales Associate with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure show home is opened and closed in accordance with company standards

Schedule

Scheduled to work within show home operating hours:
Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend availability is required

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently in a quiet setting
Interest in sales or real estate is considered an asset
