Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
Assist with food service as needed, including taking food orders and delivering items to tables.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending/serving or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
