MFRCS Employment Opportunity: Receptionist

4 Wing Military Family Resource Centre Society is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist with outstanding customer service skills and a desire to serve military families and the community of Cold Lake. Under the direction of the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will work within the Administrative team to deliver exceptional customer service, provide general information, and assist clients with payments and registrations.

About the role:

Provide reception services and general information to clients.
Provide administrative services to the organization.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
Administration of online registration system, and maintenance of 2 separate databases.
Receive payments and prepare weekly bank deposits.
Assist with bookings for Out of School Care program.
Maintain facility bookings.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Daily mail drop-off and pick-up.
Prepare and maintain various business documents.
Maintain office equipment and supplies.
Arrange for building maintenance and equipment services when needed.
Assist with MFRC programs and events.
Other administrative/receptionist duties as required.

To be successful in this position you should possess:

College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, or a related field and some experience in business administration, or a related field.
High school diploma AND several years experience in business administration or a related field.
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills.
Available to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Ability to communicate in English and French is an asset.
